    Automatic Motor and Generator Control

    Transform - Synchronize - Control

    The multi-processor systems AMG 1 and AMG 2 for power and heat generating facilities include all functions (i.e. for control, automatic control, monitoring and display) required for a unit that drives - by means of a motor - a synchronous or asynchronous generator in isolated operation or in operation in parallel with system. They register all parameters required for this (without any external measuring transducer) and indicate them on an LC display.

    The set and error values will be displayed in plain text and the measured values in primary quantities (to VDEO1808). By using the AMG 1/AMG 2, the size of the switch gear cabinet can be reduced, the commissioning will be facilitated, the facilities can be operated in a safer and more user-friendly manner, and their avialability will be increased.

    The multi-processor system MFR 2 integrates such features as conversion of measured values, protection of generators, recognition of network failures, automatic control, synchronization and display (to VDEO1808) within a single unit. To ensure the optimum adaption to specific technical jobs, the system can be equipped according to a customer's requirements; in addition, it is easily configurable either by manual operation or by means of a data interface. Using bright red characters of 8 mm the set and error values will be displayed in plain text and the measured values in primary quantities.

    The system can also be controlled through release signals sent by switches or a higher-level system (e.g. an SPC). All quantities which have been recorded are available via serial data interfaces, buses, or multiple analog outputs (max. 8) for further processing. Furthermore the system monitors and indicates its readiness for operation through cyclic self-tests. By using the MFR 2 the size of the switch gear cabinet can be reduced, the commissioning will be facilitated, the facilities can be operated in a safer and more user-friendly manner, and their avialability will be increased.

    CAD
    On DEC-ALPHA stations software Unigraphics is used. On these workstations we design in 3-D range and create product developments.

    DNC-Operation
    With the software "Euklid" we make all 10 CNC-programmes for 10 milling machines and 4 measuring machines, using DEC-ALPHA-workstations.

    Measuring Center
    For a permanent comparison of the nominal and actual value we have our own measuring center with 2 installed DNC-measuring machines.

    Our model and mold making is completetely certified according to DIN EN ISO and our plastics laboratory as per DIN EN ISO 9002. Both certifications executed by DQS.

    Exchange of Data Carriers
    Our computers can be reached from our customers by ISDN-connection. The data transfer is executed via VDS FS interface.
